Getting Started

Dedicated servers assume some knowledge of sysadmin tasks - while we are happy to help, if you are looking for a managed solution, please look into our alternative offerings to see if we can assist you. If you're still not sure, please reach out and we'd love to answer any questions that can help you make an informed decision!

First Steps

To get started with your brand new dedicated server, please head to our dedicated control panel.

This system is designed to make it as straight forward as possible to get set up with your new server.

We support Linux out of the box with automated installers - Windows Server will require your own licence, please reach out to our support team to arrange a manual install.

Here are each of the menu items explained, feel free to click on whatever you'd like explaining first.

Service Details

This breaks down all of your billing and initial setup information provided to our team.

Change Label

As you scale, it can be tricky to keep track of all of your servers. Custom labels allows you to identify them quickly and easily in your hardware list.

Server Info

This provides a comprehensive breakdown of all of your IP's and subnets.

Traffic Usage

Feeling bottlenecked, or interested in your usage? You can use our live updating statistics and graphs to keep an eye on your bandwidth.

Linux Installer

One click installers for all major Linux distributions.

Please note that using the Linux installer will erase all data on all drives of your server, which is unrecoverable if you have not configured backups!

Firewall

Configuring firewalls shouldn't be a pain - so we've made it easy! We use true dedicated servers with real static IP's, so you won't need to worry about NAT issues when it comes to port forwarding. Just plug and play!

Reverse DNS

Coming soon!

Power

Quick and easy access to both software and hardware restarts. 99% of the time a software / hardware automatic restart is all you need, so please reach out to support before requesting manual hardware restarts!
